Delivery and returns


We ship worldwide using a trusted delivery company to ensure a fast, tracked and safe delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email listing the track and trace number so you can easily track your package till it arrives at your destination.

Delivery will be sent to the address listed by the customer so ensure that all information provided are accurate, special attention should be taken when filing the required details.

If your package delivered to you is open or damaged, please do well to send it back. However, if you decide to accept, please append your signature on the receipt stating your acceptance and the condition of the package received.

In the case of late delivery, you can either cancel your order or request for a refund

Delivery estimates on the website should be taken as estimates and transit time should be monitored with the track and trace number sent to your email.

For countries outside the UAE, additional tax may apply and should be paid by customers in the country of destination.


We are willing to take back your order if they meet our return policy.

To guarantee full refund, your order should be returned within 15 days.

The package should be returned in original packaging, brand new without being used or dry cleaned, and with the labels intact

After ascertaining the status of the package, and everything is in order, a refund will be effected immediately using the payment method adviced and in the case of exchange, a new order will be shipped to the address.
